Shipping Policy

At the moment, we only ship within the United States and its territories. Mi Casita Collection takes care to ensure all our pieces arrive safely in their original condition. We always pack our items carefully and because of this, Mi Casita Collection is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.

Shipping Service
Most of our packages will be shipped via USPS Priority, Priority Flat Rate, or Ground Advantage within 5-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the package, as well as insurance. All packages are insured using a third party. Signatures are required for packages sent to businesses and packages over $200.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped. Please make sure to track your package as Mi Casita Collection is not responsible for missed & incorrect deliveries or lost/stolen packages. If you would like to require signature for your package, please request this in advance (it may incur an additional fee). Signatures are required for packages sent to businesses and packages over $200.

Pick-up
If you live in or near NYC, free pick-up is also available in Astoria. All items must be picked up within two weeks of purchase. If the item is not picked up, the item will be re-listed and a refund will not be issued.

Special Items
For items needing crating or special shipping arrangements, we will reach out to coordinate and provide an accurate quote.

Return Policy

All items are sold as is and we do not accept returns. Due to the uniqueness of our products, most are handmade, vintage, and aged. We are not experts or historians but rather lovers of all things antique, vintage, second hand, and more. We do our best to accurately represent the item depicted. Please inspect the images on our site and our product descriptions. If you have additional questions, please email info@micasitacollection.com.

Damaged Items
If you purchased an item and it/package arrived damaged, please email info@micasitacollection.com with your name, order number, and images of the damaged item and damaged shipping package within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim. Do not throw away any of the packaging as additional photos may be requested. PLEASE DO NOT FILE A CLAIM YOURSELF. We cannot guarantee a refund but will do our best! Please note, if you do receive a refund, it will be for the cost of the item only and not the cost of shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Changes
After an order is placed, you have 30 minutes to make any adjustments to the delivery address only. Any other changes cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellations
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

Fraudulent Orders + Suspicious Activity

Fraudulent Orders + Changes
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspicious activity and potential fraud. Additionally, customers attempting to make purchases with fraudulent information will be blocked permanently from any future transaction.

International Distribution Centers + International Forwarding
At the moment, we only ship within the United States and its territories. All orders must be shipped to a legitimate address to private addresses and businesses. A signature will be required upon receipt for businesses. We do not ship to International Distributionor Forwarding Centers due to the risks of fraudulent claims, lost orders, and damaged orders. Orders with a shipping address to international distribution centers or international forwarding centers will be canceled and up to 10% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover bank transaction fees, which will be processed within 30 business days.
